Samphire Molasses is produced from the cones of samphire trees grown at high altitudes in the mediterranean region. It is produced in an automated system untouched by human hand without any additives. It has curative properties.
About 40% of the samphire cone is made up of insulin, ether soluble essential oils, fatty oils, triterpens and bitter juices. samphire molasses can be eaten on its own or mixed with the sesame seed paste tahini.
